Job Description
A globally recognised entertainment and media group, home to some of the biggest shows on TV, is looking for a Social-First Creative Lead. Key Responsibilities

\n - Collaborate with global broadcast and streaming partners on joint marketing initiatives
\n - Identify and run owned paid and organic social activity, directing specialist agencies where needed
\n - Present to and influence senior stakeholders across the business, pitching your own ideas and direction

\n - Experience should come from consumer brands, ideally brands that have scaled to global audiences
\n - Experience across freelance, agency, or in-house settings all welcome, provided you've had genuine ownership of the creative output
\n - Working familiarity with Adobe Suite and a basic understanding of paid social/ad platforms
\n - Comfortable and fluent with AI tools in creative workflows
\n
\n
\n
Personal Attributes
\n
\n - Comfortable with ambiguity, happy building process as you go rather than following an existing one
\n - Genuinely curious, always experimenting with new formats, platforms and ideas
\n - Confident presenting and pitching to senior stakeholders
\n
