Ralawise is one of Europe’s leading distributors of promotional clothing and apparel. With a group turnover of £200m and over 500 employees based across our Head Office in Deeside, Dublin, and our sales teams across Europe, we are continually growing and focused on attracting the very best talent to support our continued success.

We are looking for an organised, confident and people-focused Recruitment Assistant to support recruitment activity across the business. This is a busy and varied role where you’ll be involved in many stages of the recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, reviewing applications, speaking with candidates, and arranging interviews.

You’ll support the Recruitment Manager in recruitment activities across the UK and Europe and would suit someone with previous recruitment experience, who enjoys communication, coordination and keeping a busy recruitment process running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

  • Advertising vacancies on Indeed, LinkedIn and other job boards
  • Reviewing CVs and applications against role requirements
  • Carrying out initial screening calls
  • Arranging interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Sourcing active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
  • Sending candidate communications, including interview confirmations and updates
  • Liaising with hiring managers to get interview feedback
  • Requesting employment references
  • Supporting right to work checks and pre-employment administration
  • Keeping recruitment records accurate and up to date
  • Supporting vacancy tracking and recruitment reporting

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency - ideally recruiting sales, marketing, finance, administrative and customer service staff
  • A good understanding of the recruitment process
  • Confident speaking with candidates by phone, teams, email and face to face
  • Experience using Indeed or similar job boards
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • The ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • The ability to commute reliably to Deeside for an office-based role

About you

You’ll be professional, approachable and well organised, with the confidence to manage candidate contact and support the Recruitment Manager throughout the process.

You’ll enjoy a role where communication matters, details count and priorities can change throughout the day.
