- 0-1 years of professional experience. (Previous recruitment, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or business development experience is a bonus, but not essential.)

Your Mission (What You'll Do):
- Develop an understanding of the recruitment market and how businesses hire talent.
- Learn how to identify great candidates and match them with exciting career opportunities.
- Build confidence in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management.
- Source and connect with talented professionals.
- Conduct candidate qualification calls and interviews.
- Provide support, guidance, and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Learn how to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
- Support senior consultants in developing client relationships.
- Develop the skills needed to confidently engage with hiring managers and decisionmakers.
- Gradually build your own client portfolio as you progress.
- Keep candidate and client records updated within our systems.
- Learn best practices around recruitment processes and delivery.
- Develop strong organisational skills while managing multiple vacancies and priorities.
- Work closely with experienced consultants who will mentor and support your development.
- Share ideas, celebrate wins, and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Learn from some of the best recruiters across Salt's global network.
- Play an active role managing current contractor candidates by managing their timesheets etc.
