This is fantastic opportunity to join at a time when the company in question are experiencing impressive growth due to the successful bidding for a number of major new contracts in the area.\n\nAs Depot Supervisor you will:\n\nSupervise a small/medium sized team od Depot Operatives\nUse your experience of working in a fast-moving environment to full advantage\nBe familiar with taking part in ISO Audits\nHave a strong and structured approach to change management related activities\nDisplay a solid understanding of all areas of Health and Safety legislation\nShow an ability to communicate effectively with customers and work colleagues.\nBe self-motivated and work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment. \nDemonstrate strong IT skills with experience of Outlook, PDA /Smart Phone and other relevant IT systems\nHave a train the trainer approachAs well as a competitive salary, you will benefit from excellent training, employee benefits and genuine opportunities for career progression.
