Business Development Manager – CCTV\nJob Title: Business Development Manager – CCTV\nIndustry Sector: High End CCTV, Monitoring Services, Fire, Security, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, High Net Worth Individuals, heritage Buildings, Local Authorities, Schools, Colleges\nArea to be covered: South of Birmingham\nRemuneration: £45,000-£55,000 Neg. + £100,000 uncapped OTE\nBenefits: Hybrid Company Car or Car Allowance & full benefits\nThe role of the Business Development Manager – CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control and Fire Alarms will involve:\n * Field sales role predominantly selling high end CCTV systems, but also intruder alarms, access control and fire alarms as well as our clients’ own monitoring services from dedicated monitoring station\n * Historically strong within the high net worth individual (popular in Kensington and Chelsea in particular) and heritage markets such as; castles, manor houses etc.\n * Tasked with generation circa £400,000-£600,000 of new business revenue per annum\n * Projects from £2,000 for small works up to £100,000 for large projects, average order £30,000\n * Niche offering as our client provides its own monitoring station, which enable s in house monitoring rather than using a 3rd party\n * Ideally utilising your own network of possible contacts within the industry\nThe ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control and Fire Alarms with:\n * 3 years+ proven track record in field sales\n * Must have sold some associated solutions to at least one of: CCTV, Intruder alarms, access control or fire alarms\n * Knowledge of NSI +/or FIA regulations would be beneficial\n * Ideally with a network of contacts with the fire & security marketplace\n * Self-motivated/ very autonomous role\n * New business hunter\n * Comfortable promoting a full turn-key security solution\n * Ideally electrical/ engineering qualification or experience previously in a technical role\nThe Company:\n * Established 25 years\n * 30 UK employees\n * Growing year on year\nMitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Field Sales Jobs, Construction field sales vacancies and Specification field sales positions within: High End CCTV, Monitoring Services, Fire, Security, Intruder Alarms, Access Control, High Net Worth Individuals, heritage Buildings, Local Authorities, Schools, Colleges
