Approved Electrician\n\nNorth East Coverage\n\nPermanent position\n\n * Rate of pay £20.18 per hour\n\n * Full-time | Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm | Friday 8:00am–2:30pm\n\nOn-Call & Additional Benefits\n\n * Monthly on-call rota with a £100 call-out bonus (paid whether called out or not)\n\n * Minimum 4 hours paid per call-out, even if the job takes less time\n\n * Van and tools provided\n\nAn established Facilities Management provider in the Northeast is seeking a Time Served Electrician to join their team. The business delivers a wide range of services including air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and catering equipment support to a diverse client base.\n\nThis is a site-based position involving:\n\n * Electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs\n\n * Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults\n\n * Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance\n\n * Ensuring compliance with current safety standards and regulations\n\n * Working collaboratively to meet service deadlines\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * Time Served Electrician\n\n * Experience in electrical work, maintenance, and repair\n\n * Fault-finding and troubleshooting skills\n\n * Good understanding of electrical engineering principles\n\n * Relevant electrical qualifications/certifications\n\n * Experience within facilities management or similar sector\n\nTo be considered for this role click “apply” and submit a copy of your up-to-date CV
